Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

At this time, Fraps Institute For Adventure Dogs (“Fraps Institute”, “we”, “us”, “our”) ships within Canada only.

  • Orders must have a Canadian shipping address.

  • We do not currently ship to international addresses (including the U.S.).


2. Order Processing Times

We aim to get FRAPS out on the trail with you as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within [2–3] business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address;

  • Order weight and/or parcel size; and

  • The carrier options available to your region.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping over $50! We've also implemented $10 flat rate shipping to help promote zoomies for our 4-legged fans!


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within Canada are generally:

  • Local/Regional (within BC): approximately [2–5] business days;

  • Rest of Canada: approximately [3–9] business days.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, remote locations, or other factors outside our control.


5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that may include:

  • Your tracking number; and

  • A link to track your package through the carrier’s site.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please get in touch at alan@windline.ca.


6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Double-check with household members or neighbours;

  2. Look around the property (porch, side doors, etc.); then

  3. Contact the shipping carrier for more details.

If you still can’t locate your package after speaking with the carrier, email us at alan@windline.ca with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work with you and the carrier to figure out next steps.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at alan@windline.ca with your order number and the correct address.

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order, and we cannot guarantee replacement if the package is lost.


8. Warm Weather & Product Integrity

Our products are made for the trail, but extreme heat or cold can still affect them.

  • We package our products to withstand typical shipping conditions; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by extended exposure to extreme temperatures once the carrier has taken possession.

  • If you have concerns about product quality upon delivery, contact us at alan@windline.ca and we’ll review under our FRAPS Guarantee.
